When will my Mini Mu’min Box be shipped?
Mini Mu’min Box is a bi-monthly subscription, and boxes are shipped at specific times every two months.
Once your box is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email notification confirming dispatch along with an estimated delivery date.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier. Estimated delivery details will always be shared with you via email once your box has been shipped.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates, and occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free within the UK on all Mini Mu’min Box subscriptions.
Can I choose my delivery date?
At this time, delivery dates cannot be selected individually, as all boxes are shipped together during our scheduled bi-monthly shipping window. This helps us keep costs fair and ensure a smooth subscription experience for all families.
What if I place an order after the shipping window?
Orders placed after a shipping window has closed will be included in the next scheduled bi-monthly shipment. You’ll be notified by email once your box is preparing for dispatch.
Will I receive tracking information?
Where available, tracking or delivery updates will be shared via email once your box has been dispatched.
